ORDERS
If you are interested in ordering a piece of our jewellery or would like to commission a piece, please go to our Contact Us page. We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques or bank transfer. Please e-mail us for details.
DISPATCH
Subject to availability of gemstones we will endeavour to mail your chosen piece within 5–7 working days. Delivery costs vary depending on value of goods. We use ’signed for‘ delivery and this cost will be quoted at the time of ordering.
PACKAGING
Each piece comes beautifully wrapped ready to give as a gift to yourself or someone else. Larger items are presented in pink boxes and smaller items in pink or turquoise voile bags with pretty tissue paper.
RETURNS
Should your jewellery be damaged in any way on receipt, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to repair or replace the piece. We can only accept returned items that have not been worn, used or altered in any way.
